The clubhouse above the boatshed is available to hire for rowing camps.

Facilities include

·       Accommodation for maximum 50 people.

·       3 bunk rooms with total of 50 beds.

·       Large open communal area with internal and external stair access.

·       Catering size kitchen with deep-freeze, 2 fridges, 2 stoves,
   microwaves, ample bench space and serving area,
   crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

·       Trestle-tables and chairs

·       Male and female bathrooms with showers (3 each) and toilets (2 each)

·       Covered balcony as a great place to relax overlooking the South Arm
   of the Clarence River and beyond to Woodford Island.

·       Optional air-conditioning

·       Large grass area outside for boat and trailer storage

·       Excellent beach access to river.
